Gabriela Silverio
Gabriela is A Dominican Latina Community Organizer with a lifetime commitment to serving and representing those in her community. Currently she is the Director at Bridge Builders Community Partnership an. She also works as a resource specialist and mentor for Children’s Village Transformative Mentoring Department. Ms. Silverio was most recently the Senior Business Development at Essen Healthcare where she managed its Community Outreach Initiative for Bronx and Brooklyn. Prior to joining Essen Healthcare, Ms. Silverio served as the Community Relations specialist for United Healthcare as community relation specialist she was able to channel funding and support many local non-profits in the Bronx and Manhattan. Ms. Silverio also worked as a Youth Justice Organizer for Children's Defense –New York where she led the campaign to close Spofford in 2014 and as Director of Health Programs at Alianza Dominicana Inc.
